The hiring process was really interesting, it was like an 8-hour event in a classroom where you got to learn all about the company. You also got to meet and shake hands with all the staff and managers, which I really enjoyed. I had a panel interview with 3 managers, which was interesting. After that, they took us on a tour around the ship, which was very enjoyable.

It was a panel interview with 5 people on it. Everyone asked a question, but the team manager asked the most. The interview was laid back, but the questions were solid. They were mostly about how you'd fit into the role and your experience.
