Behavioral Technical

I had a zoom meeting with the hiring manager and his boss. Most of the interview consisted of behavioral questions and very high level technical questions. I got the sense they mostly wanted to know about my personality and they let my resume (22 years of IT experience) speak for itself.

Behavioral Technical Coding

It's a 3-step interview process. The first two are phone calls. The first call is just about your experience and if you're interested in the project. The second call is a light behavioral and technical interview with easy CS questions. The final interview is with 2-3 software engineers who dive deep into your experience technically and ask harder CS questions. The whole process was really nice and straightforward, and they answered all my questions well. I'd totally recommend it.

Behavioral Technical

They told me they'd reviewed my resume but during the interview I found out I actually didn't meet their requirements. For entry-level jobs with 'associate' in the title, they want two years of experience or a bachelor's degree, but they advertise these on job sites in the entry-level sections. It seems like when companies hire people with 2+ years of experience who are still applying for entry-level jobs in the most in-demand field in the country, they end up attracting people who just do the bare minimum to not get fired, instead of looking at portfolios and what people can actually do.
