Had a quick call with HR first, then went on to a 30-minute video chat. It was mostly behavioral questions, and they asked about my previous experiences. Some specific questions included why I'm interested in working here, how I learned about HII, and to share a challenging situation I faced at work and how I handled it.

I had a phone interview for the internship. The person interviewing me asked some basic behavioral questions, like 'tell me about yourself' and 'tell me about your projects.' They also used a good chunk of the time to explain what HII does, who they work with, and their overall mission. Even though the internship got canceled due to funding loss, the interview itself was a good experience, especially since it was my first one.
