First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at HiHello.
Account Executive
The whole process had 4 quick steps: first I had an intro call with the recruiter, then a call with the Head of People Operations, followed by a call with the CEO, and finally a call with the Sales Director. Each interview was about 30 minutes, and Kortnee, the recruiter, really helped prep me for every part.
- Can you walk me through your past work history and experience?
- How do you think you would fit into our company culture?
- What is your internal drive like?
Account Executive
The interview process for this Enterprise Sales role was well-organized. It included four meetings: first, a recruiter call, second, a meeting with the head of sales, third, a meeting with the CEO, and finally, a two-part interview. The first part of the final interview was with a current Enterprise AE to discuss the company's market position and future challenges. The second part involved pitching a familiar product to the head of sales and the Enterprise AE to demonstrate demo skills and identify next steps.
- Can you describe a challenging deal you closed? What were the obstacles and how did you navigate them?
Account Executive
Honestly, you couldn't ask for a better interview process. Kortnee laid out the entire process, was communicative and helpful at each step. It was a 5 step process: intro call with the recruiter to highlight the role as well as understand what you're looking for in your next career opportunity - alignment call. Next, a call with the Head of Sales to get insight into your sales process, metrics, and strategy and more. After that it's a live discovery process to see how you think on your feet when qualifying a lead. The questions you ask in your discovery. Then, you meet the CEO casually to have a conversation and get to know one another. Lastly, you have the opportunity to speak to the current team to ask any questions, as well as determine culture fit - no managers are present. *Just want to highlight how transparent, communicative, and honest everyone is at every step in the interview process. You can ask anything and will receive a truthful answer.
- Can you tell me about your previous work history and experience?
- How do you approach working remotely?
- What motivates you?
