I had an initial HR screening call. I felt it went well and the recruiter was friendly, and I thought I got positive feedback. However, there was no follow-up after that. I sent two emails to the recruiter but didn't hear back. It's a shame because the company seems really interesting, but their candidate experience doesn't match the culture they seem to promote.

The process was made up of three steps: First, a recruiter call to get started. Then, an initial design interview where I had to design a small feature related to the product. After that, a soft skills/culture fit interview. Finally, a more in-depth design interview to design a bigger feature related to the product. The interviews were great and not stressful, mostly just chatting about design decisions and trade-offs for real products, not fake scenarios or leetcode problems. They like writing things down more than drawing diagrams though, which could be tricky if you prefer drawing.

I had a recruiter call first, then a system design interview, followed by a frontend technical exercise, and finally a hiring manager call. I made it to the system design round but didn't pass. The interviewer was really nice and gave me good feedback. The recruiter was also super responsive, getting back to me the same day as my system design interview and openly sharing the feedback. This all happened before the hiring manager call.
