I applied online and then got a call from the recruiter a few days after. After that, I had an in-person assessment with 7 other candidates and 5 decision-makers, like recruiters and managers. They made it really informal and comfortable, and spent a lot of time telling us about the company, which was a nice touch. After a short group activity, we all had 15 minutes with 2 hiring managers to answer some behavioural questions.

Behavioral Technical

A recruiter contacted me after I applied online. I passed the initial phone screening. Then, the recruiter scheduled four 30-minute interviews with members of the sales team. They also arranged another call with recruiting for interview preparation, where they provided the questions beforehand. I prepared as instructed and asked each interviewer for feedback or any concerns they had. All interviewers stated they had no concerns and believed I could succeed in the role. Based on this positive feedback, I expected a job offer. However, a few days later, I was notified that they were proceeding with other candidates. It was disappointing to prepare thoroughly as directed and still not receive an offer. It makes me wonder why they'd instruct us to ask for feedback if they wouldn't provide it.

Behavioral Presentation

I reached out to Highspot after having used their product in a previous role. The recruiter was incredible, knowledgeable about the product, the company, and the culture. She convinced me to fly across the country for my interview. The recruiter prepared me for over an hour prior to the interview with different scenarios, questions, and context. She was invested in me succeeding and shared important information about the individuals I would be interviewing with. When arriving in Seattle the recruiter made me feel at home and checked in with me throughout my time in the city. She also advised on successful follow up and set attainable expectations for my offer letter. Couldn't have asked for a better experience which made me confident in accepting the offer.
