An external recruitment agency managed the hiring and onboarding. The hiring manager was out of touch with the process and unhelpful. I had to speak with multiple individuals to understand the benefits package. The hiring process itself was indicative of a dysfunctional company.

Dress code was casual and work hours were flexible. They did extremely thorough background checks, more so than I've experienced with any private company. They wanted details on every job I've ever held. The application itself was intrusive. Lots of Indian employees there, but they don't outsource, which is good. The location is decent and they provide good benefits. Everyone I met was friendly.
