got hired in about 2 weeks, had 3 interviews total. First was a panel interview with the team, asking general stuff about my experience and how it fits the role. Then I had interviews with leadership where I talked about my experience again and they checked if I was a culture fit.

I had a phone interview that was scheduled ahead of time, and I got to pick my own time slot between 4pm and 11:45pm. The interviewer just read from a list of questions and typed notes. It felt like they didn't really know much about the job or the company, asking me to spell stuff that was right there on my resume. After the interview, they sent a survey to rate it and pick the interviewer's name from a list, but their name wasn't even an option. Then I got an email saying I didn't get the job.

This interview will involve behavioral questions, questions specific to your application, and a discussion of your project management experience. You should be ready to talk about your certifications and how you'd use them for this role. Make sure you know a good amount about the company. Also, be prepared to discuss your involvement in community activities and any recent happenings in the healthcare field. Remember to ask questions and jot down notes. Bring your resume and references, and be ready to go into detail about your past work and how it matches the job's needs.
