I sent in my resume online, then took a behavioral test online. After that, I had an in-person interview on their recruiting day. The in-person part had two 45 minute interviews, followed by a group case interview with 5 people.

I just graduated and got my master degree. I applied online and got a phone interview 2 weeks after. Our interview started at 9 am. The interviewer was so sleepy when doing the interview with me over the phone. He asked me twice: did you read the job description (I read about 10-20 times before the interview) and then asked me to explain the job functions. I felt really weird and disappointed answering all these questions. And he asked me about the system or product design like solid or agile and product management. It was an associate consultant position. All he asked were not in the job description. I have no idea why I have to have experience in project management to get an associate consultant role. He didn't ask me anything about my experience or projects on the resume. After the phone call, I was writing a thank you letter. I was not able to finish it because I got a rejection letter 5-10 minutes after the call.

They had a day interview that consisted of multiple behavioral rounds and a group case. Day went very smooth but the lead recruiter was unprofessional. Told the group to email him for travel reimbursement, but similar to what others have said, was never given a response. The company seemed nice, but little things like lying to employees and potential employees probably explains why they are so poorly reviewed.
