ABA Therapist
The selection process was well-organized, making candidates feel comfortable. They are very selective! There were practical and theoretical tests related to the job. It's a highly qualified company in the market, offering career progression opportunities for professionals.
- Tell me about your experience working with children with ASD.
Senior Backend Engineer
It began with a recruiter call where they gave a nice product description and were very impressive. Then I had a phone interview where I was asked a basic algorithm/data structures problem, and I was selected to proceed to the onsite. Before the onsite, I was given a problem to solve so it could be evaluated during the onsite. The recruiting team was fantastic, arranging my trip to California very conveniently, covering all expenses like taxis and shuttles, and booking flights and hotels. The onsite interviews were super friendly, involving some coding where I was allowed to use my own laptop, which was very convenient.
- Can you explain exclusive multiplication?
- How do distributed locks work?
Senior Software Engineer
This company is a total scam and should be avoided. I found them on LinkedIn and applied because the job description matched my skills. I got a rejection email, then an HR email asking for a phone screen. They made me download their app and do a video call interview. Instead of telling me about the role, the interviewer focused on a demo of their product. I thought I did great and the interviewer was happy, but then I heard nothing for three days. I emailed HR and got an automated rejection. A friend had the same experience, and so have others I know. Apparently, they just want people to download their app for the demo and don't actually hire anyone. If you have free time and don't care about your time, go ahead and interview with this shady company.
- Can a ransom note be formed using characters from a given text file?
Technical Recruiter
I had a phone interview and then got invited onsite. I met with the CEO, Head of Sales, VP of Marketing, and the CTO. After that, I had a Skype call with the Head of Finance. The meetings went pretty well; we talked about the job, the company, and the product. I sent thank-you notes to the CEO and the office manager, but I haven't heard back yet.
- What's your approach to recruiting for sales roles?
