I found the job on Indeed and it took a month to hear back. They emailed me to set up an interview at a food court in the mall. The interview involved a rundown of the company and the job. It was a group interview first, and then a one-on-one. The interviewer was very nice and made everyone feel welcome. He asked everyone to introduce themselves, then had us do a fun exercise where we had to sell him a pen. After that, he interviewed us individually, asking basic questions.

I went to Hickory Farms' open interviews at the Orange Mall. I filled out a quick application asking about my availability. Three managers were there and asked me why I wanted the job and what would make me a good candidate. They told me to check my email that night and to do their online training quickly if I got an email. I got the email later and started working two days later!
