After a 30-minute phone chat with an HR recruiter, I was invited for an interview. Upon arrival, I spent about an hour doing a side-by-side with a digital marketing specialist in their inside sales department. Following that, I had a sit-down with the department president and a digital marketing manager. The whole thing, including the side-by-side, took about 2 hours. They said I'd hear back within a week. I actually got a call later that same day with an offer, which I accepted.
