Store Manager
It was easy. A position opened up nearby. As a Coach in Training (CIT), I talked to my store manager who passed my name along to our District Manager (DM). My DM later called my store manager to set up an interview. Two days after that, I had a phone interview in the back room. It went well and lasted about 45 minutes. I got the job offer the very next day.
- Can you share an instance where you took the lead on something?
- Describe a time you encountered a new task you hadn't done before and how you managed it.
- What are your future aspirations with Hibbett?
Store Manager
The interview process was very straightforward and not long at all. It was professional, and they asked detailed questions related to the job. The work environment seemed nice and clean, and the associates were friendly and helpful.
- Can you tell me about your retail experience?
Store Manager
The interview was informal, and then I was offered a cashier position instead, when I filled out the application management. The manager treated me as if I was inferior during the interview, and I was not satisfied so I declined.
- Can you tell me why you are interested in working here?
