Assistant Manager
The interview process was pretty standard, with basic questions about my hourly wage and availability. The atmosphere was friendly, and the present manager was very helpful during my employment. It's just the upper management's policy of not increasing salaries that was disturbing, especially when you give your all and they don't acknowledge your hard work.
- Can you tell me about your hourly availability?
- What are your salary expectations?
Assistant Manager
I was given a list of questions from a big book. The manager told me about the store's daily tasks and went into detail about the job and my responsibilities. They chose me out of 30 candidates for the offer, which I accepted. I worked there for 3 months.
- What would you do if you witnessed an employee stealing from the cash register?
- How would your strongest skill benefit the company?
Assistant Manager
Interview was straightforward and to the point. It involved situational selling questions and leadership quality questions. There was one interview, and then I got a call the next day offering me the position. It was a simple interview with the head coach (head manager).
- How do you handle a customer who is irritated?
