I sent in my application and it took a couple months to hear back. Then they emailed me to see if I was free for a phone interview. After that, I got a programming test with a 4-hour limit that had some programming and algebra questions. The next step was another phone interview, this time with the hiring manager. After that, they offered to fly me out to their office for an in-person interview. This involved meeting with a few different people and groups who asked me about my experience and skills. I also had to do a slightly longer coding test on paper while I was there, and we talked about it after I finished.

Behavioral Technical Coding

I submitted my resume online and then had a phone call with the CTO. We discussed the role, my school projects, past internships, and career goals. The next week, I received a test on linear algebra, low-level C code, networking, data structures, and algorithms focusing on memory management. After submitting the test, I was invited to Atlanta for a 5-hour onsite interview with the systems team, Technical Director, and CTO. This interview covered my internship and project experiences, along with some high-level technical whiteboard problems. A week later, the CTO called with a job offer, outlining the job requirements and expectations. The entire hiring process was professional and well-suited for recent graduates.
