Game Designer
I chatted with a recruiter who was pretty awesome. They gave me a design test to complete, which was quite long. On the day I was supposed to interview with the game team, the interviewer had a family emergency and had to cancel the zoom call just 15 minutes before it was scheduled. They never got back in touch after that. While I'm not really bothered (seems like a red flag anyway), I'd advise them against making candidates do extensive design tests before a team screening. It's just not a good look.

Artist
I applied online in February and heard back about a month later in March. First, I had a 1-on-1 phone interview with the recruiter. Then, I was given an art test for the role. The whole process was a bit rough from the start. It took a lot of back and forth emails to schedule the recruiter call because they weren't very available. The art test also lacked clear instructions, which made me waste work days. I had told the recruiter beforehand that I'd be at an industry convention for a week in March, but the art test dates still overlapped with that. Because of this, I could only work on it for 40% of the time given. After submitting the art test, I followed up and was given an offer.

Environment Artist
I applied online in September and first had a phone screening with the recruiter. Then I was given an art test. After I finished the art test, about a week and a half later, I had a second phone interview with the art director/hiring manager. Following that, I was flown in for a final in-person interview in November. They were really thorough, making sure I had all the info I needed. It was great having pages of info to help me get around the airport and find them. The interviews themselves were awesome, I felt. I felt super comfortable and relaxed talking with everyone, and they were all friendly and welcoming.

Quality Analyst
The hiring process was pretty long, took them almost 4 months. After weeks of waiting and sending emails with no response, they decided to discontinue my application. The interviews were easy. First, you have a phone interview with the Recruiter, then you take a written test to scale your skills. If you pass the test, they move you to the team interview. During my experience, the recruiter was pretty slow on responding to any emails regarding questions or your application progress.
