I spoke with one of the managers I'd be reporting to over the phone for about 30 minutes. They asked me about my past work history. The interviewer seemed a bit annoyed and like she didn't want to be there, which I found a little off-putting given I also had to take time off my busy schedule to prepare and do this. They said they'd let me know but I haven't heard back in weeks and the recruiter isn't responding to emails. It's been a weird experience overall, and not a great look for the company.
