This was a highly technical interview process, pushing my knowledge to the limit. It involved multiple people. After the HR screening, I met with the team I would be joining, including managers and directors. Everyone was very friendly. The interviews were spread across different days and could be done either in person or online.

I went through 2 online interviews, then a big test task over the weekend, followed by an in person interview where I had to present my task. The recruiter said it was 'very positive' and would get back to me quickly, but then it was radio silence. I followed up multiple times, and the recruiter kept saying he'd get back to me soon but never did. It felt like a big waste of my time.

Behavioral Other

There are 3 interviews in total before they make a final decision, and the whole thing takes about 2-3 weeks of waiting. The interviews aren't very structured and are mostly just casual chats about the job. Don't get your hopes too high though. They're looking at a bunch of people and only hiring one for each opening. It feels like a long process for no real reason.

The first interview was in-person, which was a nice change from all the Zoom calls. I met with my potential manager and their boss. The interview included typical professional questions about my background and past jobs, along with some more relaxed questions to get to know me better. It seemed like they really read my resume beforehand. It felt like a fair, two-way conversation. I got to ask my own questions too, because it was important for me to see if the management style and company culture were a good fit, just as much as it was for them to assess my fit for the role. They were open when I asked questions, and the comfortable, friendly vibe of the interview made me feel good about the people and the company culture. The next step was a Swift Aptitude test. It sounded a bit intimidating at first, but after the first interview went well, I studied up because I was really interested in the job by then.
