The interview process was smooth and felt like a virtual hiring event. First, they checked my eligibility and then moved me to the interviewer. The entire process lasted about 30 minutes. The interviewer was nice and kind.

It was nerve wrecking at first, had 2 interviews and a test on site. Then there was 1 month training with practice real calls. After the training, an elimination round was next. You must meet a quota and if you didn't, they may choose to give you a chance or you're out. This is only based on my experience with 1 account, not the whole HGS.

Behavioral Technical

I applied online and had a virtual interview on 2024-10-24. The interview asked practical questions about how I've handled irate customers and won them back from my previous experience. After the interview, I got an email saying I passed and was put on a pool list. Successful people are put in a pool and then picked for training classes.
