Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at HGS.
Call Center Agent
Went through 3 interview rounds. They never got back to me after the final one. It was unprofessional and they barely communicated. Overall a really bad experience. I've heard from others that they've had similar issues.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
- Describe a situation where you had to handle a difficult customer.
- How do you cope with stress and pressure?
Call Center Agent
The interview was held at a hotel since they didn't have their own office space yet, near the intended office building. But in the end, I got the job after the final chat with the operations manager.
- What are your career aspirations for the next five years?
Call Center Agent
The interview process was a bit lengthy to get all the necessary information on an individual's background and do checks to see if you are worth the position. The interview is smooth no difficult questions were asked.
- What are your future aspirations within this company?
- Can you accommodate flexible working hours?
