So the interview process was the Airtel titanium process. It had 5 rounds in total. It started with the HR round, then an Aptitude Test, followed by the Manager Round, then the Versant round. Finally, there was the client's round. I managed to clear all rounds up to the Versant round, and then I had the final client's round.

The interview process for the BPO role in Hyderabad, facilitated by a staffing agency, began with a self-introduction. This was followed by a 'Just A Minute' (JAM) session where I had to choose a topic to speak on. English fluency was a key factor for proceeding. After the JAM, a written test was administered, covering verbal, analytical, logical, and arithmetic sections. Unfortunately, I didn't pass the written test, which seemed very difficult as no one was selected, and the time provided was insufficient. For experienced candidates, it's essential to have a relieving letter, otherwise, you won't be selected. Overall, the interview process was good. A notable aspect of HGS Hyderabad is the provision of only night shifts without rotation.
