Sales Development Representative
The interview process was easy and quick. The executive leadership team was very transparent and helpful. It was one of the best interview processes I've experienced. I highly recommend this company for career growth and transparency.
- Could you share some of your weaknesses?
Sales Development Representative
The interview process lasted about 3 weeks. The recruiter was really good and communicative. Unfortunately, my second interviewer was a no-show, and after waiting more than 30 minutes, we had to reschedule. After that, I had a final interview with the hiring manager and the team, who were great. However, the final interviewer seemed uninterested, probably because it was the end of the day. It was disappointing because I was excited about the job until that final interview, even after the no-show incident. They then sent me a survey before even giving me feedback.
- Can you tell us why you are interested in HG?
- What motivates you to pursue a career in sales?
- Could you describe your previous sales experience?
Sales Development Representative
The interview process involved 4 rounds, with some interviews lasting up to 2 hours. There were technical issues with Zoom links and interviewers joining late. Despite positive feedback throughout, the candidate was ultimately rejected. The candidate noted that interviewers seemed distracted during some interviews and that the rejection message felt disingenuous given the earlier positive reinforcement. The candidate spent 2 weeks preparing for these interviews.
- Tell me about your Key Performance Indicators and what drives you.
