Behavioral Technical

My interview process had 4 rounds. First was an HR Round (US), then a Hiring Manager Round (US), followed by an India Head Round (India), and finally a Department Director Round (US). I cleared up to the 4th round. During the director round, they thought my experience was more suited for a strategic role and thus didn't give me an offer. They could have rejected me earlier. The whole thing took over 2 months. Questions were standard for the role and their expectations.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process lasted about 3 weeks. The recruiter was really good and communicative. Unfortunately, my second interviewer was a no-show, and after waiting more than 30 minutes, we had to reschedule. After that, I had a final interview with the hiring manager and the team, who were great. However, the final interviewer seemed uninterested, probably because it was the end of the day. It was disappointing because I was excited about the job until that final interview, even after the no-show incident. They then sent me a survey before even giving me feedback.
