It started with a virtual meeting with a recruiter. Then, I had a follow-up Teams meeting with the hiring manager. They mentioned the next steps would be a skills test and an onsite interview. After that, I didn't hear back from anyone. Checking the website, my application status showed the interviews were deleted. It felt unprofessional, as a simple email saying they went with someone else would have been a respectful way to end things.

We set up an online interview. I gave an introduction and then they asked me about my education, experience, and my reasons for applying for this role. I heard back from them a few days later.

Got a surprise call from the regional recruiter a few days after applying. It began with simple questions and then turned into a full phone interview, which I found really unprofessional. A few days later, I had an in-person interview. Even though I had a set appointment, I had to wait about 30 minutes because others were being interviewed. When I finally got in, the interviewer started with basic questions about me and my background, but then took 3-4 phone calls during our chat. Super unprofessional again. I thought it was going okay until he asked if we could do some role-playing and told me to sell him a pair of shoes. After the interview, I never heard back. Honestly, I wouldn't have wanted to work there anyway. Keep looking!
