I worked there 10 years ago, and worked there in 1995-1997, 2000-2008. Now that I'm retired, I wanted to work a couple of days, so I just started in October. Autumn Hill asked if I would like to come back, and I said yes. I was looking forward to coming back home, as they say. Now it is a bittersweet of age discriminate now.

The whole process was super chill, done over FaceTime and phone calls. It felt more like a friendly chat than a formal interview, and I really liked the one-on-one vibe. I even got an unofficial job offer after the first call, and we finalized everything during the second call. Super excited to start!

The interview process was easy, with several steps, and felt semi-informal. It was a 2-part interview conducted over Zoom due to Covid. I had an open dialogue with the hiring manager, which felt more like a conversation about basic expectations, requirements, and how I would fit into the team.
