It was a smooth and professional interview process. They asked questions that were relevant and gave me a clear idea of the role and what they expect. The interviewer was nice and gave good feedback. The interview was structured well, covering both technical skills and if I'd fit the culture. They asked good questions that let me show what I can do. It felt welcoming and positive.

Leadership Development Intern
I had a 30-minute chat with a previous intern. They asked me to tell them about myself and why I'm interested in working at Hershey Park. There were some behavioral questions, but it wasn't too intense. My advice is to just be yourself and remember to ask them about their experiences at the company when you have the chance.
