The interview process started with a phone interview, then an in-person one that was really disorganized and felt more like Skype calls. The manager made comments about not liking the hours and asked how much overtime I'd tolerate before quitting. There was a presentation expected, but the setup was poor with people joining from different locations. It felt unwelcoming.

I received a phone call and an email to set up the interview. After the interview, I waited a week and emailed HR about the results, but got no response. Two weeks later, I called HR, but they didn't answer, so I left a message asking for any update, good or bad. About a month passed with no contact. It's tough looking for a job, and employers should be more respectful and professional. I'm unhappy with their attitude.
