Had 2 interviews: 1 at the HQ and another with the direct manager. First round had general questions about my background, motivation, why Hermes, and contract type. It was also partly in English. They also asked for recommendations from a previous manager. The second interview was more operational, focusing on luxury codes, sales techniques, team fit, collections, and professional demeanor.
