So, where to start...? I applied for two internships at Hermès, one focusing on events and another more on Product Management. A recruiter contacted me and started a phone interview without warning. After 10-15 minutes, she explained that they actually had needs in a different department than the one I applied for... She still proposed an interview, and we set a date and time verbally. Realizing she still hadn't sent the interview confirmation by email (with all the necessary info) as she had promised, I called her. Once. Twice. Three times, I left a voicemail. Still no response from her, so I tried to find her email address online and sent her an email. I NEVER heard back from her after the call. Classy for a major luxury brand, huh? Start by respecting candidates.

I had a phone interview with an HR intern, which led to a second interview with the manager. This first interview wasn't bad, but the conversation was all over the place... Then I had an interview with the manager. Two words: entitlement and arrogance. The manager clearly looked down on me and was very unpleasant in her behavior and language. To this day, I have NEVER heard back from them. I followed up 3 times but received no negative or positive responses.
