The Italian branch interview process was a bit unprofessional, and the interviewers didn't seem very experienced. They also don't provide feedback even when asked via email after the standard 10-15 days. The international (French) part of the company was much more laid-back. They seemed to regret how the Italian colleagues handled things after it was pointed out.
