My local interviews went well. But the final interview with someone from Paris HQ was a really bad experience. Within the first five minutes, after they found out my age, the interviewer said, 'You are a baby.' This was before we even started talking. When we did talk, they mostly bragged about their own accomplishments and their 'passion' for the company. While cultural differences might explain some of this, it was unprofessional for someone at HQ of a great company to act that way.

Started with a Linkedin message, then a 30 min phone call. Followed by a 1.5 hour interview with the recruitment agency. After that, I had to fill out a personal questionnaire. Finally, there was a 1-hour meeting with HR at the Hermes office in Porte de Pantin.
