First, I had an interview with HR where we discussed my CV, some of my past experiences, and my motivations for wanting an internship at HERMES. We also talked about my plans for pursuing a Master's degree. After that, I had an interview with the head of the team.

Technical Case

I was headhunted on LinkedIn and had an initial phone call, followed by an in-person interview with the line manager. They mentioned I'd hear back by the end of the week, but it took about 10 days before I had to follow up. I finally got an answer after waiting for 3 weeks. The rest of the process was standard, but honestly, I expected better professionalism from Hermes than to keep someone hanging for that long. I've worked with and interviewed for other luxury brands, and this is the first time I've experienced this from Hermes.

The hiring process was quite straightforward. I started by submitting my application via email directly to HR. HR then got in touch by phone, and we arranged an in-person meeting. The interview itself was about 30 minutes long, covering my academic background, my future aspirations, and how this internship aligns with my career goals. A week later, I received a job offer via email.
