I first had a phone screening interview with HR. Then we scheduled a virtual interview of about 1 hour. Afterwards, I had an in-person interview with the manager which lasted about an hour. We discussed what I do, what I have done, and why I want to join HERMES. I was also asked if I knew the brand, etc.

Had a 30-min chat with the HR manager and the head of management control. They asked about my studies and previous internships. Had to share my strengths and weaknesses, and answer questions like 'How do you handle stress?' and 'Give an example of a problem faced in teamwork?'. There was also a 30-min Excel test at the end.
