after i applied via email, i had to do a bunch of online assessment tests. then there was a quick phone interview. following that, i had an in-person interview that included more tests, like a writing sample. there were some more in-person interviews after that. it takes a long time for HR to get back to you about your status.

Behavioral Technical

It was pretty straightforward. You apply online and then HR gets in touch via email or phone. They ask some initial questions over the phone. After that, there are two in-person interviews. The first one involves talking with HR, taking the Wonderlic test, and writing about a recent positive experience. You also do a numbers association test, which takes about 1-2 hours. The second interview is with the department manager, where they ask basic questions, nothing too challenging.
