It was a thorough process. They were understanding if I didn't know everything, focusing more on development and core values. I felt challenged but did well, and being honest was key, which is what they seemed to value.

Technical Behavioral

The interview process started with a quick recruiter call, which wasn't very technical. After that, I was invited for an in-person interview that took up the whole day. The first interview was a heavy dose of technical details that felt excessive and not really useful for programming. It seemed more like a game for the interviewer, who ended up misrepresenting my skills. Other interviewers also seemed to have an issue. I'd avoid this place in Burlington, MA; it feels like a career dead end. The staff seemed either disengaged or overly suspicious.

I was contacted by the Director of the department via email to schedule a phone interview, which I then had. After that, I went on-site for interviews with the same Director, another Director, a Manager, a Scientist, and HR. The interviews with the Directors and Manager were more general. The Scientist asked technical questions like, 'I have this issue, how would you approach it.' The HR interview was typical. The interviews felt relaxed.
