My interview started late by 2 hours, but it was a good discussion with the managers. After that, I met the Director who was short on time and could only talk for 5 minutes. Then, I had to wait for 1.5 hours to meet his Sr. Manager, and the interview finally wrapped up at 8 PM. The next day, I had to wait 1.5 hours to meet HR, who was out for lunch. It was a bad experience overall, and the office felt low energy. People seemed content in their comfort zones, and local dialects were common among managers. I don't think it's a good place to grow. I'm glad they thought I was better than expected, but I couldn't accept a job where time isn't respected.

This interview process was super unprofessional. The director was busy with other stuff like IM'ing and answering emails during my interview because she was getting married that weekend. It was awkward and my face probably showed it. A few years later, a recruiter contacted me for a contract role. He asked if I'd interviewed with NAVTEQ before, and I told him about the full-time interview. After he sent my resume, he called back saying the reviewer looked me up and declined to interview me. Apparently, they keep you in their database and add notes, maybe blacklisting you. I'm happy at another company now, and these experiences mean I'll never go back.

Had a friendly talk with my direct line manager, HR, and the general manager. It lasted about 1h30m. There was no paper test, just Q&A about past experiences and introductions from both sides. There were 2 rounds of interviews within 2 weeks, and they were similar in style.
