I went for an interview for a student job. They asked me things about my resume and a bit about programming tasks and about my qualifications. Later they asked me for a personal interview. It went smoothly and lasted 45 to 50 minutes. I was confident, but they told me that they had a problem with new hires and would give me a result in about a month. After 1 month I received a positive answer and they asked me to start from next month and in the email they asked me about my salary expectations. I didn't give them specific numbers, but only mentioned the salary that students at the university get (11 EUR/hr). I think they were shocked to hear that, because they didn't reply for more than 3 weeks. Then I inquired and they told me that for some reasons new hires were on hold and they would inform me as soon as there is news. Overall, the interviewer was very nice and accommodating. I really liked how he conducted the interview, but I think the company is very unprofessional because they made me wait a long time without a proper answer or rejection. And the processing is still ongoing (for 3.5 months). Really not a professional company.

The interview process started with a written test, and then we had a face-to-face interview as part of campus placements. The written test had two questions designed to assess our scientific thinking regarding GIS development today. The face-to-face interview focused on personal projects, fundamental knowledge of ArcGIS, and GIS in general.
