The job selection process has 5 rounds in total. First, there's a technical screening, and if you pass this, you're shortlisted. Most people clear this. After that, you get some time to schedule the remaining 4 rounds. These can be done either one after another or all on the same day, depending on your choice. I chose to do them one per day. Once all four rounds are scheduled, the recruiter will let you know that you need to attend all of them. After these rounds, they'll discuss which team you'll be placed in. So, in these 4 rounds, there will be at most 2 team interviews, one bar raiser interview, and a final managerial interview.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • There will be 5 rounds of interviews (1+4 Model). The first will be a Technical screening, and if you clear this, you will be further shortlisted, which 90% of the time everyone does. Later, you will be given buffer time to schedule the other 4 Continuous rounds, which are taken either one after another day or all on one day (you can choose this). I chose one each day. All four rounds got scheduled, and the recruiter said that you would have to attend all of them, and after that, they will discuss around in which team you will be selected for. So basically, in these 4 rounds of interviews, you will be having at most 2 team interviews, one bar raiser, and the last one managerial.

The hiring process has 4 rounds. The first 3 are a prescreening, an aptitude test, and a group discussion (GD), which are all pretty easy. However, the final psychometric round is tricky, so make sure you're prepared for it. In the prescreening and GD, they're mainly assessing your communication skills. The aptitude test has 40 questions across Maths, English, Logical Reasoning, and Spatial Reasoning, to be completed in 45 minutes. English questions cover grammar and reading passages. Maths includes topics like Profit & Loss, Averages, and Simple/Compound Interest. Logical Reasoning involves questions on Blood Relations, Directions, and Series. Spatial Reasoning tests include Mirror & Water Reflection and attention to detail tasks like counting specific characters or shapes in given figures. Overall, the test is easy, with no negative marking. For the psychometric part, it's recommended to practice on the online portal.

My interview experience at Airoli took about a week. The first three rounds were pretty straightforward. First, an initial screening where we had to talk for about 5 minutes on a given topic. Then, an aptitude test which was generally easy and included quant and logic questions. After that, a group discussion for around 30 minutes where you just need to speak and stick to your points. The topic was whether voting should be made compulsory. Finally, there was a psychometric test, which is where I got eliminated. I don't really get how they judge you on your self-judgment after you've cleared three main rounds!
