Had a couple of phone interviews and then an in-person one. I had already accepted another offer by then. The company and their offerings were explained well and it was a good experience. All the people I spoke with were really nice and asked insightful questions.

The first interview was a 2 hour video call on MS teams, and was split into four 30 minute sessions. I met with 3 PMs and then the Chief Admin. Officer. It was frustrating because the job posting said it was a remote role in Colorado, but it's actually a hybrid role requiring 4 days a week in the Greeley, CO office, even though I live more than 50 miles away.

The initial interview is basic, and everything looks perfect and fancy when they bring you in. They ask really good questions, and it's a great job in a CM career. Just ask them where they are considering sending you and if you can negotiate that as best you can. There are multiple interviews, and the process takes a while, honestly. It's stressful because you invest so much time talking to all these people, and you don't know if you'll get the job until they call you like weeks later.
