The interview process was great. The company had a management and HR change and various CEOs, which completely changed the company's direction towards less pay and less compassion for employees. Both supervisors were energetic and the training was very thorough. Sitting in a chair helped a lot.

There was a phone interview, and then an on-site interview with the two managers. They went into a lot of detail about the job and asked me direct questions about my experience and how I'd handle certain situations that come up on the job.

Had an initial phone interview that lasted about 45 minutes where we went through my experience. They were very clear about the role, the compensation, and what was expected, including the challenges the new representative would face. They scheduled a follow-up interview over the phone. The second round was a face-to-face interview. This one was also very thorough, with many questions about the company and its products. It wasn't the usual interview with "tell me about a time when" questions, but more about them trying to understand what kind of person I was and what experiences in my career and personal life were relevant to the job.
