First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Henry Ford Health.
Call Center Representative
It started with a phone screen by HR where they asked about my customer service background and availability. Then, I had a virtual interview with the supervisor. They asked about managing lots of calls, dealing with patient issues, and using the scheduling software. The interview was about 30 minutes, pretty standard. They let me know what's next within a week.
- What would you do if a patient was upset about how long they had to wait or about their appointment time?
Customer Service Representative
It was pretty easy. They asked some questions about your personality and how you'd deal with specific scenarios. The whole interview process went smoothly from beginning to end. I got a response within 3 weeks.
- Can you introduce yourself?
Customer Service Representative
Interview went good, the interviewer gave me her number and told me to call back. I called the HR person as well, she told me to wait until Monday (interview was on Friday). Waited until Monday, nothing happened and was told to call on Thursday. Still nothing and was given an excuse. Finally called today just for them to say that they found someone else. You guys wasted my time trying to find jobs. The reason they did this was because they saw me apply to plenty of jobs at their hospital.
