I was given some interview questions ahead of time, and they were general ones like asking about my strengths and weaknesses. Then, there was a panel interview where I had to give a presentation about the county and my job duties. The panel was really nice and it wasn't too formal or scary!

We had to get through security first. There were four of us from my program, and we each talked one-on-one with four different people at a table. The interviewers were nice. They told us about their jobs and what the internship would be like, and how working for the county is interesting. They asked about my recent work history and my IT interests. There was also a group element.
