About a month after I applied, Steve from HR contacted me. He was really helpful and informative, both on the phone and in his follow-up emails. He organized two interviews for me and gave me a good overview of the people I'd be meeting. The interview itself did a good job of explaining the job role.

I applied online back in January. I got a call for a phone interview in March, then an in-person interview later in March, and then I got an offer in April. The phone interview was pretty chill. The hiring manager and HR manager chatted with me about the job, asked about my past experience, but no hard technical stuff. The in-person interview had them plus two regional execs. That one was more in-depth about my work history, the role, and what I studied. All in all, pretty straightforward interviews.

You'll chat with HR a few days before to go over your background and qualifications for the job. If that goes well, they'll set up a time to meet with the hiring manager. Some other employees might join the interview too, especially if they'll be working with you on projects. It's a good idea to use the STAR method for your answers.
