The interview was a bit of a joke, honestly. I wasn't really interviewed. They just walked me around the floor, showed me where the coffee machine was, and introduced me to a few people at their desks. Then, I sat down in a small office with the person who brought me in. Another employee came in and asked just one question about my salary expectations. It felt like they already had someone picked for the job and just brought me in to waste my time.

I was contacted for an initial interview within a few days of applying. That conversation was positive, and I was encouraged to hear right away that they wanted to bring me in for an in-person second interview. They were prompt with scheduling that interview, and I felt that the conversation was once again positive. Unfortunately, they went completely radio silent within days of the second interview, and I have not heard anything from them over the past several months. There were other red flags during the interview itself (the main one being not having a technical person present to interview for a technical role), and I would not recommend pursuing a corporate position at this company if they don't have the courtesy to follow up with an interviewee that has sunk time and money into the interviewing process.

I had a phone interview with the HR Manager, Lead Scheduler & Project Management Director. It seemed like they were impressed, but they denied my visa sponsorship request after checking with their HR department. The interview was technical from the start as the HR person didn't show up. The Project Director & Scheduler really grilled me on my experience and expertise. They asked detailed questions about my background. I had researched the interviewers beforehand, and they appreciated that. The interview was scheduled for 30 minutes but went on for 45-50 minutes.

I applied online back in January. I got a call for a phone interview in March, then an in-person interview later in March, and then I got an offer in April. The phone interview was pretty chill. The hiring manager and HR manager chatted with me about the job, asked about my past experience, but no hard technical stuff. The in-person interview had them plus two regional execs. That one was more in-depth about my work history, the role, and what I studied. All in all, pretty straightforward interviews.
