The interview process kicked off with a standard phone screen from HR. Next up were three more interviews with a total of six engineering managers. There were two one-on-one interviews, which I liked, followed by a four-on-one interview where they seemed pretty checked out. All these interviews were held online via Zoom and were well-organized for the three separate sessions.

It started with a phone interview with engineer managers, asking technical questions about my past work and going through my resume. The on-site involved meeting with engineering managers first, who asked about my technical and soft skills, followed by an HR manager to discuss salary and benefits.

I have to say this wasn't the best interview experience I've had. The HR person was really inflexible about my start date. The manager was quite rude and interrupted me when I was trying to answer questions. He also seemed to try and diminish my engineering background and work history by asking some odd questions. Towards the end, they did ask some behavioral questions using the STAR method.
