We started with some personal and behavioural questions like usual. Then, they wanted to see if I had a solid understanding of lean and six sigma manufacturing, and also asked about project management and the tools used. I was asked to provide examples of how I've carried out manufacturing process improvements.

I was contacted by HR directly since they found my resume online and asked if I was interested. I liked the job description, so I agreed to an on-site interview. They seemed more interested in what I'm currently doing and if they could get technical secrets out of me, like they knew I wanted the job and wanted to play with me to get more info. I stopped the panel when they asked about my current role and how I tackle technical issues relevant to their business – gotta be careful with them. I think they already picked someone and invited me to access technical info and to create a sense of competition. It felt like a show, and they didn't even offer lunch, which is usual for out-of-state candidates. Communication and professionalism were really poor. I saw similar reviews about this company playing with candidates. I'm glad I wasn't selected because they aren't trustworthy. I wish I'd skipped the interview after reading similar reviews on Glassdoor. Be careful and don't let them play you.

The interview process kicked off with a standard phone screen from HR. Next up were three more interviews with a total of six engineering managers. There were two one-on-one interviews, which I liked, followed by a four-on-one interview where they seemed pretty checked out. All these interviews were held online via Zoom and were well-organized for the three separate sessions.

So, the interview process was quite intimidating. First, there was a 3-on-1 interview, followed by a 1.5-hour test. After I got the job offer for the afternoon shift and signed it, they let me go on the second day of orientation because I was late to the 8 am course. I had called to let them know, and they were aware that the day shift didn't work for me. I even have a doctor's note because I was late due to my girlfriend needing to be rushed to the hospital with bleeding from her ears.
