The process was pretty straightforward, and they kept me updated. I went through three rounds: two technical interviews and one with a manager. The interviewers were professional and nice to talk to. It didn't feel like they were reading from a script.

It's usually about 4 to 6 stages, it really depends on the job. But for software engineering and general tech jobs, it typically goes like this: First, you have the initial chat with the recruiter or HR. Then, there's an online coding or technical test. After that, you might have a couple of technical rounds where you'll tackle problem-solving and data structures, and then system design, database design, and your specific domain knowledge. Finally, there's a round with a manager, and then the HR or culture-fit round.

I applied on LinkedIn and got a call from HR. They explained the interview process and discussed salary expectations, mentioning it was an urgent requirement and asking about my availability to join within 30 days, which I confirmed. My first round was scheduled with someone from the US, and it went well, with me answering all questions satisfactorily, impressing the interviewer. HR then messaged me to prepare for the next round. A couple of days later, the HR called again, stating everything would be finalized by the next day. However, after this, communication became difficult. The whole week passed without any response. When I tried to contact them, the HR's behavior changed; they claimed they were trying to schedule the next round and inquired if I had other offers. This continued for another week, wasting two weeks on an urgent role requiring immediate joining. Eventually, when I reached out again, my calls were ignored. Finally, they responded saying they were proceeding with another candidate who could join immediately. I'm baffled by this situation and strongly advise others to avoid this company.
