The process was really smooth. It started with a recruiter call to check if I was a good match for the role, if I had the right experience and motivation. Then, I had an interview with the hiring manager. After that, there was a case test that was pretty similar to what I'd be doing in the job. The final step was a chat with someone even more senior than the hiring manager, mainly to see if I'd fit in with the company culture.

So I had 2 interviews, one was technical and the other was more about fitting in with the team. They were back to back. The first interview had 2 hiring managers and a Junior Frontend who had recently joined through the same intern program. The second interview, the cultural fit one, was also with an Engineer Hiring Manager. Everyone was really friendly and made me feel comfortable, it felt like a really easy process overall.
