Behavioral

Mostly behavioral interviews with panels of team members, no hands-on technical evaluation. Need to be comfortable with a hybrid work policy. They are looking for genuine interest in the role, not just competence, so try to show enthusiasm.

Case Other

The first couple of rounds were fine, with the recruiter and manager. They were pretty straightforward. The next round felt a bit off. It was supposed to be a case study, and when I asked if it was like a consulting interview, the recruiter said yes. But during the actual interview, it wasn't like that at all. The interviewers didn't seem interested in my thought process or assumptions, just the final numbers. What was also strange was that it was a silent, 30-minute interview where they sent me the case during that time. I feel like it would have been better if they sent the case beforehand so I could have just focused on explaining the numbers and logic.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process was pretty quick and efficient. Within a week, I had two interviews. The first was a video recording, which was simpler and less stressful than talking directly to HR. You can re-record your answers before submitting, and each video response has a 2-minute limit. The second interview was with the Hiring Manager and lasted about 45-50 minutes. It was a really thorough interview where they dive deep into every detail on your resume. My advice is to only include things you're absolutely sure about, as they go through each point of your past work experience, asking for specific examples of your tasks and responsibilities. There were no technical questions in this interview, but they mentioned a case study would be sent next to assess technical skills. So, this part was mainly behavioral questions. It's a good idea to have some stories ready, perhaps using the STAR method.
