Customer Success Manager
This was one of the best interviews I've ever had. The recruiter was great, prepped me for everything, and kept in touch, making me feel super comfortable.
- Tell me about how you manage risk.
- What's your approach when a client is considered 'in red'?
- Describe your leadership style.
Client Success Manager
The interview process was really, really long. It involved around 6-7 interviews and a presentation. First, you talk to HR, then the VP, followed by two other team members. After that, you go back to the VP to give a presentation, and finally, you interview with the SVP for the last step.
- Be ready for behavioral questions and be able to show quantifiable results from your experience.
Customer Success Manager
It was a pretty long process. I started with the recruiter, then talked to the head of customer success, then four team members, and finally the CEO. This whole thing took over two weeks, with each interview lasting about an hour. After all that, they only checked with one of my three references. They told me I was really qualified and everyone liked me, but I wasn't quite what they were looking for. It really felt like a waste of my time and effort.
- Where would you go if you could travel anywhere in the world?
- What would you pack if you had to leave for a trip in five days?
